Architects of a world in motion
The mission entrusted to us, the renovation of the maternity service at the Lariboisière site, is part of the APHP's ambition to involve professionals and users more in the decision-making processes of the institution, particularly in the context of major projects. We were able to support them in their co-design process, from the sketch phase right through to the start of construction.
In detail
In this maternity, we were able to design "for and from" the human experience. Our architectural and design approach aimed to simplify the daily and professional lives of everyone (through the quality, comfort, and/or conviviality of the spaces), improve community living and interactions between users, and most importantly, shape a fitting narrative: "in a cradle of softness".
